Deborah moved into producing after working in physical production as a broadcast technician.
Supported by the UKFC and British Council she delivered numerous award winning short dramas prior to developing her slate of feature film and documentary projects.
Deborah also works with other producion companies as a freelance producer/director.

SPINDRIFT a tragic love story set in Ireland being developed with the support of Screen WM, Advantage West Midlands and the European Regional Development Fund’, selected for participation in EAVE.
Co-Producing STELLA AND FRANK A Love Story about the ambitions of a hairdresser stuck in a rundown salon.
Producer/Director for swish productions MADE IN BIRMINGHAM: Reggae Punk Bhangra A RTS nominated feature music documentary exploring the city’s underground music scene over the decades.

Has just completed post production on a music feature documentary entitled Made In Birmingham: Reggae Punk Bhangra. Using archive material and new interviews from the cities biggest names in the genres, the film explores how music played a part in building communities and identities and how it all started.
