About me

I adapted and directed 'The Present', produced by Ben Robinson / Isis Media which won the Bridport Film Festival 2011. I also directed the short 'Bottle' and co-directed the short films 'On the Edge' and 'Rotten Apples' and wrote of 'The Student Body', which won the First Sparks Film Festival 2004.

I worked for the Birmingham branch of The Television Workshop for a number of years as a session leader and play director. Since the Birmingham branch went dark I have set up my own company - First Act Workshops - to continue working with talented young actors in the Midlands - Workshoppers and ex-Workshoppers star in the short films mentioned above! Similarly, if you need music for your project, I work for MAYBE DREAMERS, a songwriting company based in Brighton. We have three songs currently accepted by Polydor and we're now writing for film/tv and computer games.

Other Experience:

Singer, formerly signed to Polydor, now writing songs for Polydor artists. Toured as Ronan Keating’s support, performing in venues throughout the UK and Ireland, including Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Point in Dublin, and the Royal Albert Hall. Had a number 3 club hit in 2001.
