A native of Blackpool, I studied theatre at Lancaster University. Upon leaving university, I worked as a casting assistant for various companies including Chloe Emmerson Casting (BILLY ELLIOTT, BRIDGET JONES’S DIARY, SEXY BEAST). I then trained in acting and in 2004, through working as an actor, I met actor/writer Patrick McConnell. In 2005 I co-formed a production company with Patrick called Random Productions, working to produce numerous stage plays which toured nationally in theatre and non-theatre venues.
Re-branded Rotten Park Road in 2008, I expanded the production company to include actor/director Matt Rozier.
I am influenced by artists from all mediums who live on the extremities of society; from musicians such as The Velvet Underground, Johnny Cash and Delta Blues Musicians, through to the gritty aesthetics of 1970s cinema and German Expressionism.
I'm interested in producing work that ranges from the dark and hard hitting through to the sadisticly comic.
I'm a qualified kickboxing instructor and scuba diver (not at the same time), I play acoustic guitar badly and have recently begun to shoot and edit my own films.
I currently live in Leek, producing work both as a freelancer and for Rotten Park Road

A STORY FOR WHEN WE’RE GRANDADS
PLAYTIME FOR THE SUICIDAL
DON’T BLINK/DON’T BREATHE.

Branching out from my work as a producer, I used to worked as a choreographer and dance artist for Ludus Dance, DanceXchange and Co3 Dance.
