Guarantee / Returns Policy
The Producers Forum aims to provide you with the highest quality of service.
Customers have an unconditional right to cancel an order seven working days from the day after that on which the consumer agrees to go ahead with the contract. This allows the consumer the opportunity to consider the nature of a service.
If a consumer cancels an order, written notice must be given to The Producers' Forum, The Tollhouse, The Bond, 180-182 Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5SE, seven working days from the day after that on which the consumer agrees to go ahead with the contract.
The consumer's money will be refunded as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.
Money can only be refunded to the card used for the original purchase.
